We have 4 commercial kitchens covering 1,400sq ft arranged for multiple users or single use. They are available to rent 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Our kitchens are fully HSE compliant and fitted out with top grade equipment.

Utilities & WiFi
All gas, electricity, water charges are paid by Hour Kitchen and are included in your hourly rate. Wifi is also included and available in our kitchends and throughout the building.
Fire & Safety
Hour Kitchen is fully compliant with fire regulations. The Ansul systems, fire alarm and extinguishers are checked by a professional company in line with the regulations.
Pest Control
Monthly pest control check. This service is provided in accordance with the Pest Control HACCP requirements under E.C. Hygiene of Foodstuff Regulations.
Grease Traps
Kitchens are fitted with mechanical grease traps. These are maintained by a specialised company and all grease removed from Hour Kitchen by a licensed waste management company.
Rates
Hour Kitchen is in the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council area and rates are paid by Hour Kitchen.
Waste Management
All your general and recycled waste is collected by a registered waste management company.
Security Alarm
The building is fully alarmed and monitored by a regulated security company.
Maintenance
All equipment is maintained to the highest standard by a professional catering equipment company Kaneco.
