Gut Instinct. Irish Kombucha
Gut instinct was set up in 2018 by two sisters from Cork, Laura and Gillian Healy, who are are passionate about healthy living.
Brewed in the Hour Kitchen, their Kombucha is a delicious low calorie, low sugar, double-fermented, unpasteurised, naturally carbonated drink. It is raw, undiluted and vegan.
At the core of what Gut Instinct does, is a sustainability pledge, which means using reusable or recyclable material, supporting local Irish businesses and producing no waste in their process.

Saide’s Kitchen. Mediterranean Cuisine
Saide’s Kitchen is a family-owned start-up business founded in October 2020. Saide, who relocated from Istanbul with her husband 6 years ago has turned her passion for food in to a Mediterranean food delivery service.
Saide’s menus are updated each Friday for the week ahead with optional add-ons including authentic kofta, stuffed grape leaves, lahmacun, hummus, baklava and many more.
Saide cooks meticulously to make sure that her food is tasty, nutritious, and healthy. She puts a great deal of effort into scientific, culinary, and cultural research of her recipes and believes good food is a never-ending discovery for fun, pleasure, and well-being.
Rua. Vegan and Gluten Free Treats
Rua food is a creation of Alice Tevlin, a chef specialising in healthy food for a happy lifestyle.
Using mostly organic foods and whole grains, Rua food offer a great range of healthy vegan or gluten free snacks for cafes and businesses, and also sell direct to the public.
Each delicious meal is packed with your recommended nutrients and can be modified to suit your needs.
Rua food strive for sustainability with compostable or reusable packaging where possible.

Gourmet Chef. Finish-At-Home Menus
Tracy Rennie is a Michelin-trained chef who sole aim is to maximise taste and depth of flavour whether cooking the simplest or the most refined dishes.
She is not a fan of gimmicks, believes in the craft and skill of cooking, and is unapologetic about her use of herbs, seasoning and butter. She has a love for caramelisation, reductions and sauces and her objective for anyone eating her food is pure pleasure.
Order Tracy’s delicious food to finish at home. Delivery is twice weekly on Thursdays and Saturdays in the wider Dun Laoghaire area.

Scarlet Chilli. Hot Sauce From Dublin
The Scarlet Chilli Co. wanted to make something our ancestors would dig, an elixir so pure that it would sing in your mouth, and not blow your head off, just hot enough to leave your taste buds in the right place, so you could also enjoy the food you were eating.
We spoke to Organic farmers, shop keepers, Chilli heads, steak houses, Vegetarians, and some guy called Jim in California who knew nothing about chillis but was great craic to talk to, you name it we researched it , cooked it , tasted it and then made it better, we scoured some of the finest spices and chillis on the planet that we could find then we added naturally smoked chillis, fresh fruit, fine vinegars and loads of nothing else, cooked it blended it and forced it into a bottle so you could take it home or put it in your hand bag.
